My lounge room sliding door had been becoming harder to move for a long while, Steve came on Monday and replaced the track and rollers all by himself, (his sidekick was unwell.) We would like to sincerely thank Mick and his assistant for the excellent repair work they carried out for us today. Our sliding door had become increasingly difficult to open and close, and we initially expected that the rollers would simply need replacing. However, after a thorough inspection, Mick took the time to clearly explain why the track also needed to be replaced to ensure smooth operation and long-term durability. In addition, he carefully adjusted the lock and re-levelled the door to optimise its function. Mick's expertise was evident throughout the process — he patiently answered all of our questions, including some related to our windows, and helpfully pointed us toward the appropriate tradespeople.We are very impressed with the friendly, professional, and high-quality service we received and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

I just had the guys around to fix my old wooden sliding door which had become very heavy, wasn't closing properly and was starting to come off the tracks. They identified the problem straight away and fixed it to be just like new at an affordable price. The guys even fixed the door lock which was previously hard to lock. Wow, this is how a business show be run, (So many good reviews, and now I know why, happy customer right here" Oh and the rare bad ones, as I like to read reviews are just bad customers, as it's a 2 way street people" would be so cool to leave a customer review hey lol.Okay 1st, seen an advert in my local paper, so did some research then gave them a call, Very polite and friendly on the phone and was explained how it all works, and the time the were coming out to look at my faulty sliding door, which was only 3 days later.2nd they were on time, friendly, and explained all aspects of the repair and took pride in there job, I know I would of asked some silly questions but always got a professional answer.3rd, the important part, the price, and it was very fair and a tad cheaper than I thought it would be around, as yes I did have some other window places come out and say best to replace whole door, to fix a bad track.So I got what I paid for, bloody top of the pops service, job was done well and boys cleaned up after them selves " I can take a day or 2 to clean up lol hey least I can amit it" and all done on time.Now my arm is tied as I was sliding the door back & forth, just a bit lol 😆 as it had been bad for years, now I can sneak out side without my cats hearing me, as before the noise it made 😅 they all came a running.I do recommend All Sliding door Repairs Melbourne.Mike

I was about to score 4.9 initially but chose to click 5 stars now as there was no option for 4.9. Kylie was amazing in answering/coordinating my questions and re-scheduling the visit of technicians due to my kid's sickness on the original date. The technicians Steve and Max came to our home promptly and explained what the cause of our cavity door's problem could be and the expected repair cost straightway. Within 10-15 minutes these 2 talented technicians finished the repair and charged me at their standard price.Now the door is sliding very well which we haven't enjoyed for at least 2 years! The only 0.1 deduction is that the unlocking sound is a bit "sticky". I wasn't sure if it is normal or due to the repair work. Steve gave me a call back assuring it is normal though.Anyway that's minor issue which I would just keep an eye on. Overall I really appreciate Kylie, Steve and Max's professionalism and will not hesitate to recommend to neighbours and friends should they need such service.

Team arrived on Wednesday.All staff were polite, efficient and explained everything to be done a long the way.My door that had been sticking and running off track for years, is now gliding smoothly after the new track and rollers were fitted.They ensured my door sealed properly by adjusting repeatedly.Realigned and tightened my locks and fitted new stoppers.
